Want to empower your internal innovators and enable them to bring their ideas to life?
For the telco company Cefocus, we developed—with the foresight of experts from Rohrbeck Heger—a special six-month intrapreneurship program called Unboxed based on design thinking, customer centricity, and lean startup principles.
Coaching and mentoring empowered eight Celfocus managers to apply startup methods and develop a startup solution within Celfocus. The intrapreneurship applied the “exploit & explore” principle.
The program was based on bootcamps, mentoring sessions, individual tasks, and clearly-set milestones.

Executive Education
University of Applied Science Grisons
In 2019, we started a long-term partnership with the University of Applied Science of the Grisons in Switzerland to share our entrepreneurship expertise.
We currently support four executive education programs ranging from general MBAs to specialized Executive MBAs. Our educational focus ranges from digital transformation and data-driven business modelling, to entrepreneurial management and specialized topics such as value-based pricing in healthcare.

In 2021, we supported our partner Rohrbeck Heger in developing and designing a 90-page trend-report on the most relevant developments in food and nutrition.
We curated content, developed storylines, designed the online and offline versions of the report, and dived deeper into megatrends, macro trends, and micro trends.

EIT Health was established in 2015, as a “knowledge and innovation community” (KIC) of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). The network supports thousands of startups in scaling within Europe. As evaluators and coaches, we support EIT Health in identifying suitable teams and also support selected startups in understanding the German market better.
When specialized expertise is needed, we leverage the curated network of 50+ coaches and mentors active in our two incubator programs.
